Premier Recruitment Group - Employer Case Study

"Fraser McKenzie has a great reputation in the market, and with this unique business concept I had to get involved.

They are very helpful & have fully understood our needs and requirements to find candidates which we currently use for all our branches in the UK. The scheme is a throughly cost-effective solution for hiring new recruits.

I would definetely be looking to use them in the future"

Director, Premier Recruitment Group

Chelsea McCallister; Recruitment Consultant; £32,000

"The training was intense & challenging. During my training I was offered a work placement with a Global IT Recruitment firm with 14 offices nationwide, subsequently once qualified I took up an internal role & now earning more money than I would in my previous role"

Mandy Karma; 2nd Line Support £18,000

The training with PPI in Birmingham was flexible & of a very high quality. I'm now working for the UK's Leading Mobile Application Developer

The scheme is great not only did you cover my course fees but you got me exactly the job I wanted!!!

Naz Sandhu; Network Administrator; £21,000

I chose Fraser McKenzie as it offered a competitive package. PPI's premises and equipment available for learning was excellent along with the tutors which had a lot of knowledge in their field and were very helpful.

The opportunities which have arisen from this have been very beneficial, even before the completion of my first course I was approached and found a job at Birmingham City Council which gave me my first job in the IT sector.

From this I am now working for RM computers as a Network Administrator and earning £21k as a contractor for the company.

The expertise and support from PPI learning & Fraser McKenzie was very beneficial and helped me gain good work experience in the IT sector.

Thank you for all your help

Piotr Malak; Technical Support; £20,000

"I had always messed around with computers however had no previous academic qualifications or experience.

The training was absolutely brilliant & I'm now looking to build some experience before exploring international opportunities"

Abhishek Vyas; Helpdesk Support; £19,000

I found the service package offered appealing and gave scope for flexibility and choice to when and how you study, with good online support, and excellent trainers at PPI.

The overall concept is good, as gives people from non-IT backgrounds like myself a gateway into IT, and learning from well trained and experienced instructors

I was apprehensive towards the end of my training, as the economy had taken a dive, and finding jobs was tough. Despite taking the unconventional route into employment, with a placement first and then employment contract later.

I am happy with the way things have turned out, as if you don't give something a chance, you don't know the outcome, considering a lot of people are unemployed in IT at the moment, I am happy to be placed where I am.

I found Celine from Fraser McKenzie in particular to be more then understanding in all the times I spoke to her, and she payed attention to detail in finding me the right placement in the right company, looking at my strenghths and weaknesses, evaluating where best I would do.I have to say she got it spot on. She has also kept in touch with me, and has a good positive attitude, which gave me a lot of confidence, as she believed in my ability to achieve. It shows she is highly capable and willing to make things work.

At the moment I am earning £19,000. This is likely to increase in the not too distant future, as I have already been earmarked to a place in a second line team.

Jamal Smith-Graham; Junior Network Engineer; £18,000

Fraser McKenzie were really helpful in getting me my job. I was a little bit concerned as I did not have much experience however Celine arranged a work placement & I was then offered a Junior Network Engineer role paying £18,000 with one London's leading IT Support companies

Things are going really well as they are great bunch, and I'm working hard (a bit too hard sometimes! lol)

Thanks for all your help

Harry Boardman; Recruitment Consultant

Following my training in Bristol, you have been absolutely brilliant in organising my interviews & my placement.

I thank you for that

Marco Solas; Recruitment Consultant

The recruitment service from Fraser McKenzie has been outstanding & I received my placement with a leading city based recruitment firm before I had completed any exams.

Once again, thank you for your personal assistance

Agnieszka Tatarzyn; Web Developer

Like many graduates I was struggling to get a job after university despite having a secured a 1st class honours degree. During the training with PPI, Fraser McKenzie provided me with a work placement with a leading IT Solutions provider subsequently I was offered an interview with one of their clients paying £26,000 ... so fingers crossed!!!

Shuba Panicker; Senior Developer; £45,000

Computers have always been a real passion of mine, and I have been fortunate to use my skills for multinational companies in India and Canada however had no experience in the UK

Thanks Nim for all your support & guidance from the cv make-over to interview techniques which led to my role with Misys on £45,000. I'm now working for a major investment bank in the city.
